
These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the 90-Day Free Trial (“Trial”) offered by Securafy LLC (“Securafy”) to qualified business entities (“Client”). By enrolling in the Trial, Client agrees to the following terms:
The Trial is available exclusively to United States-based businesses primarily those in Manufacturing and Industrial sectors, Legal and Law Firms, Accounting and Auditing Firms, Country Clubs and Recreational Facilities, but not limited to them.
Securafy reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and may decline participation without providing justification.
Businesses must have at least ten (10) active endpoints (desktops, laptops, or servers) to qualify, with no maximum size limitation.
The Trial is not available to current or former clients of Securafy who received services within the past twelve (12) months.
The Trial includes access to full-service, remote IT and cybersecurity support, equivalent to what paying clients receive:
24/7 remote help desk and IT support
Cybersecurity threat monitoring and response
Network and cybersecurity risk assessment
Compliance readiness assessments (e.g., HIPAA, FTC Safeguards Rule, ABA, SOX, PCI-DSS)
Learning Management System (LMS) with 233+ modules
The Trial is limited to the above-listed services. Hardware, on-site support, advanced penetration testing, VOIP provisioning, or hardware procurement are expressly excluded unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
To begin the Trial, the Client must execute a standard Master Service Agreement (MSA) covering a 12–60 month service term. This agreement is held in advance and is activated only if the Trial is not canceled within 90 days.
The Trial period of ninety(90) calendar days begins upon the execution of the agreement and completion of initial onboarding.
During the Trial period, Client will not be billed for covered services nor incur onboarding or setup fees.
No payment method is required to initiate the Trial.
The MSA outlines each party’s responsibilities, obligations, and limitations of liability.
Trial participation is limited to one instance per client entity.
Client may terminate the Trial at any time, for any reason, by submitting written notice to support@securafy.com. No fees will be incurred for early termination during the Trial period.
Upon cancellation, Securafy will promptly revoke access to all tools, documentation, portals, and services provided during the Trial. Data exported or transferred during the Trial remains the property of the Client; however, any proprietary configurations, software, or systems shall remain the intellectual property of Securafy.
Securafy reserves the right to terminate the Trial at any time if misuse, abuse, or policy violations are detected, or if Client fails to cooperate with reasonable onboarding or service delivery protocols.
Should the Client choose to continue services post-Trial, standard billing shall commence on Day 91.
Clients proceeding with Securafy post-Trial are entitled to a 90-day satisfaction guarantee, allowing cancellation at any time within the first ninety (90) days of paid service without penalty or termination fees.
The 90-day guarantee does not extend to equipment, software licenses, or third-party vendor charges contracted during the post-Trial period.
Securafy maintains full compliance with applicable state and federal regulations. Clients must cooperate in good faith to maintain service continuity and legal coverage.
Clients entering into a 48-month (4-year) or 60-month (5-year) paid agreement may be eligible for the Technology Rider program.
Under this program, all eligible desktop and laptop hardware may be replaced by Securafy at no charge during the agreement term.
Eligibility, equipment specifications, inventory limits, installation terms, and scope of replacement shall be defined in a separate addendum and subject to Securafy’s approval.
The Technology Rider does not apply retroactively to equipment deployed after the agreement starts.
Trial services are provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties of any kind. Securafy disclaims any liability for business losses, data loss, downtime, or compliance failures incurred during or after the Trial.
Client remains solely responsible for data backup and continuity planning during the Trial unless otherwise arranged.
The Trial is limited to five (5) active engagements per calendar month and may be suspended or paused once capacity is reached.
Securafy retains the right to revoke, modify, or terminate this promotional offer at any time without advance notice.
Services are delivered remotely. Securafy accepts Trial clients located anywhere in the United States, provided technical requirements and time zone support capabilities can be met.
In-person site visits are not included under this offer unless expressly agreed upon in writing and may incur additional charges.
Any information provided by Client during the Trial shall be handled in accordance with Securafy’s standard confidentiality and privacy policies.
Client agrees not to share portal access, credentials, or training materials with unauthorized third parties.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
