New devices arrive pre-configured to Securafy security baselines: full disk encryption, EDR deployed, monitoring agent installed, identity joined to your tenant, MFA enforced. User receives a working device, not a setup task.

What devices do you support?

Can we keep our existing hardware and add HaaS only for new devices?
Yes. Most clients transition incrementally — old hardware ages out and gets replaced under HaaS over 12-24 months. We manage both existing devices and new HaaS devices under the same operational umbrella during the transition.
What happens when an employee leaves?
The device is remotely locked, data is secured, and the user’s identity is offboarded the day they leave. The device is shipped back, securely wiped, and either redeployed to a new hire or retired. Certificate of data destruction provided for audit records.
Does this work for remote and hybrid teams?
Yes. HaaS is delivered remote-first. New devices ship directly to the user’s home or office address, pre-configured. Support is delivered remotely with average resolution times measured in minutes. Hardware repair is coordinated through onsite partners when needed.
