Ric Hall brings more than 40 years of enterprise IT and cloud experience to Securafy, helping organizations turn complex technology into clear, practical business outcomes. His background spans mainframes, open systems, enterprise infrastructure, and global cloud platforms, with deep expertise in resilient architecture, disaster recovery and business continuity, security, automation, scalability, and cost optimization.
Prior to Securafy, Ric spent 17 years at Sun Microsystems in increasingly senior engineering roles, earning multiple SE of the Year awards across North America and internationally. He later spent nearly 16 years at Oracle, serving as a Distinguished Sales Consultant, cloud subject matter expert, and senior business development leader, where he drove significant growth in cloud adoption, pipeline expansion, and win rates across hybrid cloud, AI and data platforms, and broadly across all industries including regulated ones.
At Securafy, Ric partners with business leaders to identify risk, align technology with business goals, and deliver managed IT, cybersecurity, and AI‑enabled solutions that produce measurable results.
