For decades, our reach was anchored to the physical range of a service van. We served Columbus and Cleveland because we could be onsite within an hour. That model made sense when technology lived in on-premises servers, when "remote monitoring" was a novel concept, and when IT support meant a technician in your building.

That era ended. The cloud changed everything — and the pandemic accelerated what was already inevitable. Today, 94% of what Securafy delivers — security monitoring, compliance management, patch management, help desk, SOC operations, risk reporting — is delivered entirely remotely. We have been doing this for years for clients whose employees work from England, Ireland, Italy, France, Spain, Australia, Canada, and Mexico. The work looks identical whether the user is in Columbus, Ohio or Columbus, Indiana.

What changed on April 1, 2026 was not our capability — it was our commitment to serve. We have been supporting clients with teams across Europe, Canada, and Australia for years.
