Bundling a SharePoint project with an Essential-CARE, Secure-CARE, or Comply-CARE managed service plan takes an additional 10% off the one-time project fee. Combined with Securafy's standard 20%-under-market pricing, that lands at 28% below typical market price. It applies to new plans and to existing CARE clients.
Is ongoing SharePoint management discounted in the bundle?
No. The bundle discount applies to the one-time project only. Ongoing management is priced at the standard fair market rate, because a discounted safeguard is a false economy.

Estimates are generated from Securafy's published tier pricing and are indicative, not a quote. “Typical Market Price” reflects published 2025–26 U.S. market ranges for comparable SharePoint design/build, migration, and training. One-time project fees are set 20% below those reference points; the CARE bundle takes a further 10% off the one-time fee only, for a combined 28% under typical market. Ongoing management is charged per user per month at the standard rate with a $250 monthly minimum and is not discounted. Financing figures assume Securafy in-house financing at 5% APR over the selected term and are subject to credit approval; the project financing term and Management Term run concurrently, and ending the Management Term early makes the remaining financed balance due in full.
