2. Industry & compliance profile
A healthcare practice with HIPAA, a defense supplier with CMMC, and a CPA firm with IRS Pub 4557 each get different documentation scope and SOC monitoring depth. The quote reflects that.
3. Environment complexity
Single office vs. multi-site, M365 vs. Google Workspace vs. hybrid, line-of-business apps, legacy systems still in use. Complexity affects onboarding scope, not the recurring monthly rate.
4. Service tier you choose

A recommended service tier (Essential-CARE, Secure-CARE, or Comply-CARE), the flat per-user monthly rate, the included services in line-item detail, any optional add-ons relevant to your environment, the 30-day risk-free trial terms, and the 90-day no-penalty exit window. Quotes are valid for 30 days and editable before signing.
Are there setup fees or hidden costs?
No hidden costs. Onboarding and tool deployment are included in the monthly rate for standard environments. For complex migrations — legacy compliance frameworks, multi-site rollouts, or environments with significant remediation backlog — we may scope a one-time project. That project cost is quoted upfront in line-item detail, never tacked on after signing.
How long does it take to get a quote?
For straightforward environments, we deliver a quote within 2 business days of the discovery call. For more complex environments — multi-site operations, regulated industries with active audits, or post-incident remediation — we may scope a longer assessment first, usually 5 to 10 business days. We never produce a quote without enough information to honor it.
What information do I need to provide for a quote?
Number of full-time employees plus seasonal or contractor users, primary industry and any active compliance requirements (HIPAA, CMMC, GLBA, etc.), current IT setup (in-house, current MSP, hybrid), high-level inventory of endpoints and servers, M365 or Google Workspace status, and your top 2-3 IT or security pain points. We confirm all of this on the discovery call — no prep document needed.
