Ninety Sync End User License Agreement

Effective date: October 28, 2026

Ninety Sync is a software application operated by Securafy, Inc. ("Securafy", "we", "us"). It reads financial reports from Securafy's own QuickBooks Online company through Intuit's API and posts summary figures to Securafy's internal management scorecard. This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs every use of Ninety Sync, including connecting a QuickBooks Online company to it. By connecting a QuickBooks Online company to Ninety Sync, or by using Ninety Sync in any other way, you agree to this Agreement.

1. Who may use Ninety Sync

Ninety Sync is for Securafy's internal business use only. It is not offered, sold or licensed to customers or the public. Only Securafy personnel authorized by Securafy's management may connect a QuickBooks Online company to Ninety Sync or use the information it produces.

2. License

Securafy grants each authorized user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Ninety Sync solely for Securafy's internal business purposes, for as long as Securafy allows that use.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • copy, modify, sell, rent, sublicense or distribute Ninety Sync;
  • use Ninety Sync for, or on behalf of, anyone other than Securafy;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract its source code, except where the law expressly allows it;
  • bypass or interfere with its security, authentication or access controls;
  • use it in any way that breaks the law or Intuit's terms for QuickBooks Online.

4. QuickBooks data and access

  • Read-only: Ninety Sync reads QuickBooks Online reports, such as profit and loss. It does not create, change or delete any data in QuickBooks Online.
  • What is stored: report totals by account (for example revenue and net income for a month), the QuickBooks company ID, and an encrypted connection token. Ninety Sync does not store customer, vendor or employee records from QuickBooks Online.
  • Where it goes: the totals are posted to Securafy's internal scorecard and kept in Securafy's own systems, together with a record of each update. They are not sold or shared with third parties for their own use.
  • Disconnecting: a QuickBooks Online administrator can disconnect Ninety Sync at any time from the apps connected to their Intuit account. Once disconnected, Ninety Sync can no longer read the company's data.

Our Privacy Policy explains how Securafy handles personal information.

5. Intuit

Intuit Inc. is not a party to this Agreement and is not responsible for Ninety Sync or its support. QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online are trademarks of Intuit Inc. Your use of QuickBooks Online itself is governed by Intuit's own terms.

6. Ownership

Ninety Sync, including its software and documentation, belongs to Securafy. This Agreement gives you no ownership rights. The QuickBooks data it reads remains the property of the company that owns that QuickBooks Online account.

7. No warranty

Ninety Sync is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Securafy does not warrant that Ninety Sync will be uninterrupted or error-free. Figures it posts should be checked against QuickBooks Online before they are relied on for financial, tax or legal decisions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Securafy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business, arising out of or related to Ninety Sync, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

Securafy may suspend or end your access to Ninety Sync at any time. This Agreement ends automatically when your access ends or when you stop being authorized by Securafy. Sections 3 and 5 to 10 survive termination.

10. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from it will be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.

11. Changes

Securafy may update this Agreement by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of Ninety Sync after a change means you accept the updated Agreement.
